Clothing and accessories

Our products, including the Atelier Dress and its garment bag , are subject to rigorous quality control before shipment.
Please note that:

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons related to size, color, or personal preference.

• In the event of a manufacturing defect found upon receipt of the product (sewing, closure, damaged fabric, etc.), we undertake to replace or repair it as appropriate.

• Any claim must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Proof of purchase

It is essential to keep your purchase invoice for any claims. Without this proof, no warranty claim can be processed.

Interview

We encourage you to carefully follow the care instructions provided with your item to preserve the product's quality and durability. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered by the warranty.
